"Industrial and Сommercial Bank of China (Almaty)" JSC  informs the customers of the Internet Banking System about the launch of the Internet Banking System for the delivery by Clients of electronic banking documents as follows:

twenty-four hours during Business days (except for holidays an weekends) - for individuals, not including conversion service (conversion service available  in Operational days only) ;

twenty-four hours during Business days, holidays an weekends) - for legal entities, not including conversion service (conversion service available  in Operational days only).

In this regard, the Bank kindly asks the customers to read and acknowledge the terms of the Rules for the provision of electronic banking services on the Bank's website - www.icbcalmaty.kz in the section: Products and Services - Internet Banking - Guidelines for using the Internet Banking service (for individuals and legal entities ).
